Overview
WFED regularly undertakes multi-disciplinary research on environmental conflict, and distributes findings to project partners and interested parties worldwide in an effort to sharpen conceptual and analytical understandings of environmental conflicts.
Publications
WFED's first research project resulted in the publication entitled International Environmental Conflict Resolution: The Role of the United Nations. Additional WFED research related to international environmental conflict resolution projects resulted in several well received publications, including International Environmental Conflict Resolution: Moving Beyond Rio; Middle East Water Atlas on Shared Water Resources; Activities Implemented Jointly: A Sourcebook for North and South; Trends in the International Market for Genetic and Biochemical Resources: Opportunities for Colombia; and the Midway Geyser Basin Microbial Information Brochure created by WFED for Yellowstone National Park.
WFED publications are available online, under the Information Resources page.
